Job description

Key Responsibilitie

• Manage the implementation of learning practices, policies, strategies, related initiatives and processes relating to learning within the Division/ Area as per requirements received from HR Business partners.
• Provide strategic support and operational services, including business risk assessments relating to learning within the Division/ Area as requirements received from HR Business partners.
• Manage the resource (budget and staff)- relating to learning within the Division/ Area (Eskom).
• Assure that projects are implemented as defined per policy and processes relating to learning within the Division/ Area (Eskom).

Qualification(s):

• B Degree/ B Tech/ National Higher Diploma in Behavioural Sciences/ Social Sciences/Technical
• Related Minimum Experience :

5 year’s experience in learning development environment
