Marketing Assistant

Grade 12/Matric and a Higher Certificate in Marketing/Communications. Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in marketing and communications.

Duties

Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives and communication activities; assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, sponsorships and Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects; coordinate invitations and RSVP processes; procure and manage promotional materials and corporate gifts; maintain marketing databases and stakeholder contact lists; develop and distribute newsletters and other communication materials; support the implementation of branding and communication strategies; update communication platforms and notice boards; monitor project schedules and marketing deadlines; provide administrative support to the Marketing Department; coordinate procurement processes and liaise with service providers; arrange meetings, travel and accommodation; compile presentations, reports and management information; maintain records and filing systems; liaise with internal and external stakeholders; monitor and report on marketing activities and campaigns; and perform general office administration and other duties as delegated by management.
