Minimum Requirement
Qualification(s):
National Diploma in Human Resource/Behavioral Science/Information Technology at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience
2 years Training or experience in human resources generalist or specialist areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing an advisory service to line management and employees regarding Eskom’s Condition of Service.
- Assist in ensuring the improvement of employee satisfaction and organizationalperformance.
- Assist with information to compile a workplace skills plan.
- Assist in ensuring an effective skills sourcing service to the area.
- Assist in providing support to line management to improve and maintain good people relations.
- Assist in gathering and providing management information to line management.
- Assist in facilitating the establishment and implementation of training and development processes.
Minimum requirements

National Diploma in Human Resource/Behavioral Science/Information Technology at NQF6 with 240 credits.
